A 29ª edição do Critics Choice Awards aconteceu neste domingo (14). O evento, que premia as escolhas da crítica, é considerado um dos principais termômetros para o Oscar. Com 18 indicações, “Barbie” bateu o recorde de indicações, que pertencia aos filmes “A Forma da Água” e “Tudo em Todo Lugar ao Mesmo Tempo”, com 14 indicações.
O filme de Greta Gerwig venceu as categorias Melhor Filme de Comédia, Melhor Roteiro Original, Melhor Direção de Arte, Melhor Figurino, Melhor Cabelo e Maquiagem e Melhor Canção.“Oppenheimer” e “Pobres Criaturas” vem logo após Barbie com 13 indicações. O troféu de Melhor Filme ficou com “Oppenheimer”.
